Analysis
The first step is a complete assessment of your organization, your workflows, resources, short and long-term objectives and your
resources. If you have multiple sites, test sites are setup and initial training delivered. If it works for one or two sites, we know it will work for the remaining sites. We support your long-term investment and together we will grow!
Training
Naturally, once set up, training follows. All clients receive initial training to identified users. Training is delivered
one-on-one, internet webinar and/or on-site, based on client needs. Train the trainer is also available and is fully supported by our training team. Add new users anytime.

Hosted Services
All production servers are located in a Canadian data centre. Intrusion detection is ongoing and regular maintenance and
updates are done monthly. The Data Centre is SOC2 certified and is PCI compliant. The data uses industry standard backup procedures.
Migration
Our goal – mitigate the time and effort of start-up. Working with each client, our team will identify the steps, the pros and cons of importing, migrating or starting fresh. Combined, we bring fifty (50+) plus years of experience in
implementing new software including developing migration
and importing tools. What’s your best option?
